1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user, whether a personal creator or business entity) and tiktok.ecomm.lk (“TikTokers”), operated by Ecomm Software Solutions. By creating an account, accessing our workspace, or scheduling media through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the platform and avoid uploading content or submitting subscription payments.

2. Description of the Service

tiktok.ecomm.lk provides web-based content tools that allow users to stage vertical videos, trim clips, generate AI-assisted captions and hooks, and automatically schedule publication to connected TikTok accounts at designated times.

Our scheduling infrastructure operates on Sri Lanka Standard Time (Asia/Colombo UTC+05:30). Publication occurs through authorized connections with official third-party platform APIs.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access our workspace, you must register using a valid Sri Lankan mobile phone number. You agree to:

• Provide an active mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access to your workspace.
• Accept responsibility for all activities and video uploads performed under your account.

4. Content Ownership and User Responsibilities

You retain all intellectual property rights and full legal ownership of the video files, audio tracks, and textual copy you upload to our platform. By scheduling content, you grant tiktok.ecomm.lk only the technical license required to transmit and publish your media files to your connected social channels as instructed.

You warrant and represent that:

• You hold all necessary copyrights, performance licenses, and permissions for all media uploaded.
• Your videos do not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, fraudulent, or hateful material.
• Your content adheres to the Community Guidelines and terms enforced by the social media networks where your videos are published.
• You will not use the service to distribute spam, automated scams, or unauthorized advertising.

5. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Slip Verification

Access to ongoing scheduling quotas beyond the initial trial is billed on a prepaid 30-day subscription cycle:

• Manual Payment Model: We accept payments through direct Sri Lankan bank transfers and verified mobile payments. We do not store credit card details or initiate automated, recurring bank deductions.
• Slip Verification: After transferring funds for your chosen tier (Starter, Pro Creator, or Business), you must upload a legible image of the bank deposit receipt or transaction confirmation screen within your workspace.
• Plan Activation: An administrative agent reviews and validates the uploaded receipt against our bank statements before crediting 30 active days and post quotas to your account.
• Expiration and Renewal: If a renewal payment slip is not submitted prior to the end of your 30-day cycle, automated scheduling will be temporarily paused until a new slip is verified. Your account data and video history remain preserved.

6. Seven-Day Free Trial Policy

Every newly registered account is granted a 7-day complimentary trial upon SMS verification. The trial includes the full capability of the Starter Creator tier (up to 15 scheduled posts) to allow creators to evaluate our scheduling reliability.

The trial requires zero financial details upfront. At the conclusion of 7 days, your account will simply pause automated scheduling unless you choose to upgrade by submitting a manual bank slip.

7. Service Reliability and External Platform Dependencies

While our backend infrastructure utilizes automated workers that poll post queues every 30 seconds to ensure punctual publication, you understand that final video delivery depends on external factors beyond our direct control:

• The operational uptime and API rate limits of TikTok servers.
• The validity of your account authorization tokens (which can expire if you change your account password or revoke third-party app permissions).
• Account-level restrictions, content flags, or temporary shadowbans imposed directly by social platforms against your channel.

We cannot guarantee that an external platform will not suppress or flag your content if your video breaches their local community standards.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your workspace access without prior notice if we determine that:

• You have uploaded fraudulent payment receipts or forged deposit slips.
• You repeatedly publish content that violates the law or platform community guidelines.
• You attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload our scheduling workers or API infrastructure.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
